에어모빌리티 (hereinafter the "Company") complies with relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act and processes users' personal information as follows.
1. Personal Information Items Collected and Methods
① Upon membership registration/ordering: name, email, password, recipient, delivery address, contact information.
② Upon payment: payment method information (payment is processed through a payment gateway, and the Company does not store payment information such as card numbers).
③ Automatically collected: service usage records, access logs, cookies.
2. Purpose of Using Personal Information
Personal information is used for member management and identity verification, receipt and delivery of orders for goods and services, payment and settlement, responding to customer inquiries, and fulfilling obligations under relevant laws.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay upon membership withdrawal or achievement of the purpose of collection and use. However, where retention is required under relevant laws, it is retained for the following periods.
· Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription, etc.: 5 years
· Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years
· Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years
· Records on labeling and advertising: 6 months
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, for delivery purposes, the recipient's name, address, and contact information are provided to the delivery company, and information is provided only where based on law or with the user's consent.
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company outsources the processing of personal information as follows for smooth service provision.
· Payment processing: (주)포트원 and payment gateway (PG) providers (한국결제네트웍스, NHN KCP, 카카오페이)
· Product delivery: courier and delivery agency operators
The Company manages and supervises the outsourced companies so that they do not use personal information for purposes other than intended.
6. Users' Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users may at any time view, correct, or delete their personal information or request suspension of its processing, and may withdraw consent to the use of personal information by canceling their membership. Requests may be made to the Personal Information Protection Officer below.
