Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in using e-commerce services provided at TokOrder (tokorder.com, hereinafter the "Mall") operated by 에어모빌리티 (hereinafter the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Mall" means the virtual place of business set up by the Company to provide goods or services to users.
② "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Mall and receives services provided by the Company under these Terms.
③ "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and may continuously receive information from the Mall and use its services.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

① The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen or a linked screen of the Mall so that users can easily access them.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. When amending, the Company shall specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment and give notice at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users).

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

① The Company provides services such as providing information on goods or services, concluding purchase contracts, and delivering goods for which a purchase contract has been concluded.
② In the event of sold-out goods or changes in technical specifications, the Company may change the content of goods to be provided under contracts to be concluded in the future, and in such case shall notify users of the change and the reason.

Article 5 (Purchase Application and Formation of Contract)

① Users apply for purchase through procedures at the Mall such as selecting goods, entering a delivery address and contact information, and selecting a payment method.
② The contract is formed when the Company accepts the user's purchase application in the form of a receipt confirmation notice. However, this does not apply where there are grounds for non-acceptance, such as sold-out goods or transactions by minors.

Article 6 (Payment)

Users may pay using the methods offered on the Stripe payment page provided by the Company, such as credit/debit card and PromptPay. Available methods may vary by the user's country and currency. The information entered by the user in connection with payment and the responsibility related to such information rest with the user.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund)

Matters concerning the user's withdrawal of subscription, return, exchange, and refund shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Company's Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws, and specific matters shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

① The Company operates a customer center to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for any damages.
② Disputes relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the competent court.
